SnapMyReceipts is purpose-built for fractional executives working with multiple clients on retainer. The tools above are good products — they were designed for different jobs. Expensify handles corporate T&E and approval workflows. QuickBooks Self-Employed serves gig workers and solo freelancers. FreshBooks is strong for agencies tracking time. Wave is the right answer when budget is the primary constraint.

Where they all fall short for fractional executives: none combine AR aging, retainer invoicing, Schedule C tax estimates, and a year-end CPA pack in a single flat-rate product. That combination is what we built.

SnapMyReceipts is the wrong choice if you need approval workflows, corporate card reconciliation, multi-user expense policies, or ERP integrations. For those requirements, Expensify or Concur are better fits.

Purpose-built for fractional executives.
